In the EBS digital integrated office building project, it was essential to eliminate interference through preliminary simulations due to the nature of broadcasting stations that must transmit 24 hours a day without interruption.
To this end, BIM was applied before construction to minimize risks, and ITM's BIM technology was recognized by achieving achievements such as improving absolute deadlines and constructability through support for owner decision-making.
