INTRODUCTION

Songpa Signature Lotte Castle was built through the Geoyeo 2-1 District Housing Redevelopment Project, which demolished 40-year-old buildings and built 1,945-unit apartments. For about 10 years, it was neglected due to the opposition of a small number of existing building owners, and the project was in danger of being discontinued. However, we overcame it well and completed a successful reorganization project through a 3-year construction period together with the itm construction project management team. The itm Construction Project Management Team managed the approval of project implementation plan changes five times during the construction period, and performed a leading construction project management role by presenting construction management standards for each process to the contractor in advance.
