INTRODUCTION

It is a government policy project to build a hub space for global advancement by establishing a Global Biz Center together with organizations that support the overseas expansion of competent domestic companies. This project was planned with the goal of establishing a global network through technology exchange and convergence in various fields by providing affordable work space for domestic startups and growth-stage companies and attracting global companies. To establish a differentiated work environment, a co-working space, fitness center, workplace daycare, etc. were constructed, and a media facade was applied to the outer wall as a design element. The ITM CM team overcame difficulties in the process, such as strikes by the construction union and rising construction material prices, and completed the task by complying with the business plan period through preemptive process management and thorough quality control.
