INTRODUCTION

Busan Port International Passenger Terminal symbolizes Busan, the maritime capital, and is an international passenger terminal that plays a role as a gateway to maritime and land transportation. It is a complex passenger facility that includes various maritime-related conference functions along with the functions of an international passenger terminal befitting its international status. Considering passenger convenience as the top priority, it was planned to secure parking lots and immigration routes, and CIQ (customs, immigration, quarantine) areas and security areas were separated to prevent traffic congestion. We completed the task by conducting business management centered on customer convenience so that there is no inconvenience in the movement of passengers and vehicles in the cargo handling area, such as entrance structures and cargo handling facilities.
