In order to keep up with the rapidly changing trend of the times, a creative mindset that is not afraid of challenges and innovations is needed. The construction industry is on the verge of a tremendous change called the 4th industrial Revolution. Nevertheless, I believe that there is nothing that cannot be achieved if there is determination and passion. I am trying to become a leader who can give practical help to my juniors.
